First of all...Ironman was AWESOME! I so loved this film and it was a great way to kick off the summer geeky movie-a-thon. Yee haw. Robert Downey Jr. was brilliant. The entire cast was perfect and the whole film just came together in such a marvelous way. I smiled the whole time. Be sure to stay for an extra scene after the credits that was a super sweet bonus.
And it's also that most wonderful time of the year, Free Comic Book Day! Find your local store and pick up a few books for free while taking advantage of the awesome sales and deals in your local store. I walked away with a bedazzled superman shirt and a wonder woman shirt plus lots-o-comic-crack.
It's a good day to be a geek!

Hey Alyrenee,
I'm going to see Iron Man on Thursday(my sister gets back in town)I can't wait! I also went to my local comic book store got tons of stuff...I even picked up the Angel comic. I hope it's as good as the Buffy comic!
P.S.
This is the first I've ever heard of a free comic book day...I guess I'm not as much of a geek as I thought.
hey this is doc from the itunes podcast: Heroes of Science Fiction and Fantasy, have an interview from May 2, 2008. Episode 23 features an interview with Joe Field Founder of Free Comic Book Day. I lovedddd Iron Man. Esp the bit after the credits.
Iron Man was practically flawless as a super hero flick; it drops pretty obvious hints that would indicate a sequel as well... i'm thinking the next one should be equally great
